PROGRAM FEATURES

There is no enrollment fee. Your enrollment is absolutely free. There are no hidden charges or fees. To sign up all you have to do is ask. Tell us what products you want and give us your shipping schedule. It’s that simple.

You get automatic shipping of all specified products in compliance with your individual shipping schedule*. You can order any combination of products in any quantity. There are no minimum bottle quantities or minimum dollar amounts. Over for more details

*Subscriber service program orders are processed for shipping every Monday and shipped on Tuesday. You can choose any weekly interval to have your program processed. We do, however, require a minimum of two shipments in a 12-month period to qualify for a program.

You can have multiple programs. You can enroll two or more programs if you wish. For example: You can have a 180-tablet bottle of a formula sent every six months in one program. And one 90-tablet bottle of another formula sent every other month. Each program is separate and cannot be combined with other programs. There is no charge or hidden fee for enrolling in multiple programs.

You can add or remove products at any time without penalty. If you decide you would like a larger bottle size, wish to add a new product or replace a current product with something else or simply discontinue a product, just let us know and we’ll happily make the change for you.

You can change or alter your shipping schedule at any time without penalty. You can shorten or increase the frequency of your shipments at any time. If you plan on being away for a period of time we will even alter the shipping time or address for you or postpone a shipment to meet your schedule. Just call us and we’ll make the change for you.

You can cancel your enrollment in the program at any time. There is no charge for canceling the program.

You get free shipping on all orders over $125. Orders under $125 are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.99. All orders are shipped UPS ground. Priority mail is available at an additional cost for insurance based upon the value of your order. Rush shipments resulting from changes made in the products ordered or the schedule are available at prevailing rates.

You can still place regular orders if you wish. You can still take advantage of new product introductions or other specials at their advertised prices. You can also continue to place orders, at prevailing prices, for products you do not wish to have included in your Subscriber Service Program.
